Description
Common Beech (1) - Whole crown reduction by 1.5m, to reduce overgrowth, remove dead or damaged branches smaller than 4cm diameter, prune to provide room for overhead service cables. This is a large mature beech tree approximately 18m tall, now with a crown spread in excess of 8m. Although the stem and basal area are in good overall condition, the crown is overgrown and prone to dropping branches (smaller than 4cm in diameter). The crown has overhead service cables running through it that are being affected. We would like to have a licensed professional tree surgeon attend to the crown: 1. Reduce the overall crown by 1 to 1.5m 2. Thin areas where the crown is overgrown 3. Remove some dead or damaged branches (below 4cm diameter) 4. Prune areas that impact the overhead service cables to give the cables and the tree more room.
