Description

Leylandii tree in garden of 92 High St (adjacent to boundary with 91 High St) to be removed to ground level as it is disproportionately large for garden and would risk damaging historic boundary wall if it continues to grow. Advice to remove has been confirmed by tree surgeon. Tree is marked by a red cross on sketch plan (pptx). It is the only sizeable tree in the garden. Photos are attached in addition to sketch plan. The tree is not subject to a TPO, but the garden is in a conservation area.
