Description

Magnolia grandiflora 1 metre from the back of the house. The tree is approximately 6 metres high and is over growing the sloping roof of the house and over the garden fence into our neighbour s property. We propose to ask a contractor to reduce the size of the tree by approximately 2.5 metres so that it is in keeping with the size of the house and surrounding area. We provided notification in 2021 before a similar size reduction was made by Devey Tree Care Limited.
