Description

Remove roof tiles from C20 garage, alter and repair modern timber rafters/joists, insulate roof, re-instate roof tiles. Remove cladding from north and east elevations of garage, repair modern studwork, replace bitumen felt with breather membrane, insulate, re-instate cladding. Replace two windows in north elevation with matching double glazed units. Remove garage door, infill opening with matching doorset and timber cladding.
