The birch has had no canopy this year and is dead and is on our boundary, close to adjacent housing. We ask permission to remove it. T2 - Purple Plum - removal - T2 is an early-mature Category C Purple Plum, located on boundary of The Orchard- (See Tree Location Plan). This tree is in rapid decline and has a reduced canopy and is suffering from basal decay. We ask permission to remove it.
