Description

3 x Leylandii (T11, T10 and T9 on plans) suffered wind damage in recent storm (photos attached) and tree surgeon advised to top them back to previous topping level to mitigate risk of further damage and having to remove them completely. Topping back to previous level would be around 40% of the current height. 1 x Birch - Has been in decline for past two years or more. Large branches overhang the road and there is a risk to road users if the tree is not removed. The is "virtually" dead with only one small of shoot showing any sign of life. 3 x elms - these are small trees but are showing signs of disease and also block light to the other larger trees on the plot. Tree surgeon advised their removal. All trees can be felled / topped back into our garden. Tree surgeon used to advise on works was Tom Cottrell
