Non-material amendment on application P23/S1434/S73 to improve the drive way by making it a single track vs double track driveway. This will make the single track slightly larger, allowing for easier access and turning of slightly larger vehicles. Variation of condition 2 (Approved Plans) on application reference number P22/S1567/FUL for a reduction in overall size, reduced width of specific doors and windows, removal of one window, addition of a new roof light, introduction of a Solar panel scheme, inclusion of up to 4 ASHP fans.
