Non-material amendment to P20/S0821/FUL (Erection of dwelling with garden and parking area and associated works) - to insert an additional condition as follows: 'That the development shall unless otherwise agreed in writing beforehand with the Local Planning Authority (LPA), be carried out in phases as follows: 1)provision of a hardsurface as shown on drawing 6121_prep; and 2) Construction and development of a dwelling and related works; The developer(s) shall, before commencing each phase, notify the LPA of the commencement of each phase by exchange of letter/email.
