Non-material amendment to P17/S3231/O for a variation of condition no.5 to include the following wording: Any subsequent amendment(s) to the Construction Method Statement which may be required once development has been commenced will require a revised Construction Method Statement to be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority.
