Non-material amendments to 2025/1448/MAR (access, appearance, landscaping, layout and scale) in respect of the main local centre comprising a convenience store, 6 no. shop units, and 6 no. flats and 5 no. houses pursuant to outline application S/2007/0374/OUTWNS. Proposed amendments include relocation of bins stores and addition of steps and retaining walls as a result of final site levels. Also, alterations to the stairwells providing access to flats 1-6 in order to achieve adequate internal head height.
