Request for EIA screening opinion under Regulation 6 of the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations) 20171 (hereafter referred to as the ‘EIA Regulations’). The purpose of this request is to determine whether the proposed development for residential properties at allocated site HO2 (in the Daventry Local Plan2) and draft allocated site D3 – Daventry, Micklewell Park Extension to the north of Daventry, Northamptonshire (in the Draft West Northamptonshire Local Plan3) constitutes ‘EIA development' as defined by those regulations.
