Removal of criterion c (ii) from condition 31 The criterion wording to be deleted states, "(ii) Upton Valley Way / Nectar Way junction as shown on drawing number 32486/1001/005 to 2024/5662/S73 (Variation of Condition 31 to remove requirements (a) and c (iii) relating to highway improvement works on the M1 Junction 15A/A43/A5123, highway improvement works on Upton Valley Way/Nectar Way junction and highway improvement works to M1 Junction 16 respectively in relation to planning application S/2016/1324/EIA (Hybrid planning application seeking both full and outline planning permission for: Part A: Outline planning permission for a sustainable urban extension comprising:Up to 1,900 dwellings (use class C3);Public open space and children's play areas; Landscape areas, new landscape planting and hydrological attenuation features and sustainable drainage systems;Primary school (use class D1); and Mixed use local centre which may include residential (use class C3), retail (use classes A1, A2, A3, A4 and A5), and health and community facilities (use class D1). Part B: Full planning permission for:Demolition of any on site buildings or structures; and Routing of Sandy Lane Relief Road and associated vehicular access points)
