Description

The Section 106 allows for changes to be made to the Affordable Housing tenure split and the approved Affordable Housing Scheme under paragraphs 4 and 5 of the Sixth Schedule which state, “unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Council the Owner shall provide at least 50% of the Dwellings on the Development as Affordable Housing” (paragraph 4) and “Unless otherwise agreed In writing with the Council the Owner shall provide 70% of the Affordable Housing as Social Rented Housing Units or Affordable Rented Units and 30% as Intermediate Housing Units” (paragraph 5).
