Non-Material Amendment is sought to revise the location of the bin store (Condition 3) to application DA/2018/0866 [Application to vary Conditions 2 and 10 of DA/2007/0949 (Construction of 24 flats) to allow for minor material amendments in respect of fenestration changes and layout. Also to amend the provisions of Conditions 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9 and 12 to secure agreement on details required following the lawful commencement of development as acknowledged by the LPA under DA/2017/0634].
