Description

Self set Sycamore tree growing on land at the rear of 25 King Street, 15, 17 and 23 West Street. To cut down to the ground and poison the remaining stump to stop regrowth. This tree is causing damage to all properties because of its position growing tightly to a retaining and boundary brick walls. There is approximately a 6ft height difference between the King Street and 23 West Street properties with 15 and 17 West Street. The worry is of collapse onto the lower properties if the retaining wall fails plus damage to the boundary wall of 23 West Street.
