Description

Non material amendment to amend the wording of condition 3 to "The number of large events (attendance of 50 guests) to be held within the building shall be limited to 8 per calendar year. Reason: In the interest of highway safety and residential amenity in line with policies MO2 and Q2 of the Northampton Local Plan" and the wording of condition 5 to "The premises shall be used for a funeral business and for no other purpose (including any other purpose in Class E of Part 2A of the Schedule to the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes Order) 1987, or in any provision equivalent to that Class in any statutory instrument revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modification).
