Description

Non material amendment to amend plans/documents listed under conditions 2 and 3 as follows: - Alterations to the layout to achieve a more efficient layout; - Change from 24 standard and two accessible to 22 standard and four accessible bays (thus maintaining 26 space total); - Change substation/electrical equipment type and location (due to technical requirements); - Change EV charging upstand type; - Introduce seven columns for lighting and Sentinel use (for safety and security purposes); and - Introduce low level lighting and bollard details (for safety and security purposes) of approved WNN/2023/0536 [Demolition of existing building and conversion of land to use as an electric vehicle charging hub, including installation of charging points, erection of substations and associated external works and landscaping]
