Non-material amendment to condition 2 (approved plans) of WND/2022/0521 (Variation of conditions 2,8,10 &14 of planning permission DA/2020/0200 (Construction of a solar farm to generate up to 49.9 MW of energy, comprising of ground mounted solar panels, new vehicular entrance onto Crick road with internal/transformers, containers, security fencing, CCTV, and landscaping works) - Amendments in relation to the approved proposed site plan and planting plan with amendments to solar panel locations, substation location and compound design, reconfiguration of internal access tracks and inverter station locations and grass seed mix) to incorporate one additional 40ft Spare Parts Container, rotate the Control Room by 90 degrees and increase it in size, and the Customer Switchroom and Auxiliary Unit have been minorly reconfigured to accommodate the re-positioning of the Control Room
