Application WNS/2022/1318/FUL: Variation of condition 1 (Drawings) Amendment to S/2020/0674/FUL [Variation of condition 1 (Drawings) Removal of conditions 3, (Tiles/Slates) 4, (Brick) 6, Architectural Details) Amendment to S/2017/2695/FUL (Demolition of existing barn following collapse (retrospective) and erection of new dwelling in exactly the same form as that approved under S/2016/0690/NMA and S/2015/0457/FUL (part retrospective)) to allow raising of the floor height within the kitchen to allow the entire ground floor to be accessible without a step (improved disabled access), minor window variations and sunken basement detail changed including a new set of steps.
