Description

1. Pruning and tidy up of conifer boundary hedging with number 36. Reduction of height by 50cm to level with outbuildings. To improve appearance and allow more light to plants below. Not reducing depth so to maintain green appearance. 2. Reduction in height of poorly grown holly tree at rear boundary of property. Holly had its light impacted on for so long by overgrown laurels and sycamore (felled last year) and has poor scanty growth. Advice from tree surgeon is that if reduce to 2m stump should hopefully start re growth and more healthy as sycamore gone and we hopefully will be reducing the laurels (as per point 3). 3. Reduction in depth of Laurel bushes at rear boundary to allow light to surrounding trees of holly (mentioned in 2) and a walnut. Tidy up of height and shape but not significant.
