Description

This notification is of the intent to fell and replace the horse chestnut tree T1 with a more appropriate species, and of the intent to prune the canopy of the lime tree T2 to reduce the encroachment over the property, to provide up to 1.5m clearance of the end elevation and the roofline and to prune the wider canopy to balance the tree’s overall appearance. At this location two notifications have been submitted (this one for felling and pruning, the second to be for pruning alone), one of which would be withdrawn, to allow the local planning authority the opportunity to influence the trees’ future.
