Description

Condition 2 of WNS/2022/1954/MAR [Material Samples] Application for approval of details submitted pursuant to condition 2 of planning permission WNS/2022/1954/MAR [Samples of the materials and finishes to be used in the external walls and roofs of the dwellings and buildings shall be made available on site for inspection by the Local Planning Authority prior to the first use of those facing materials. The development shall thereafter be completed in accordance with the materials which have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason : To ensure that the materials are appropriate to the appearance of the locality and to ensure the satisfactory appearance of the completed development in accordance with Policies ENV10 of the Daventry Part 2 Local Plan and SS2 of the South Northamptonshire Part 2 Local Plan and Government guidance contained within the National Planning Policy Framework.]
