Application for a Deed of Variation to vary the S106 Legal Agreement entered into in respect of planning permission S/2019/1953/MAF [Development of 32 homes and associated access and infrastructure] to: 1. The 80% restriction on staircasing to be removed; 2. The local connections criteria to be removed, as my client will already be bound by the nominations agreement; and 3. The initial equity purchase should be able to be as low as 10% (the S106 restricts to a minimum of 25%)
