Variation of condition 2 - Revise the access orientation of Plot 2's cart-lodge from West to South. Revise the external door position to both plot's plant rooms. Revise the position of the windows to the East gable-ends. Revise the entrance doorset. Revise the location of the flintwork feature wall from the north west gable-end, to the south gable-end. Add 1no. additional bedroom and en-suite to first floors. Add Velux windows to the first floor where needed to comply with building regs of permission 2023/0185 (Demolition of agricultural building with extant permission to convert to a single dwelling, and erection of two new dwellings and cartlodges, with associated change of use of land from agricultural to residential) date of decision 20/03/2025
