Description

Replace water reed thatch. Replace external cement render with lime render. Repair and reinstate timber frame. New wood fibre insulation where historic infill is failing. Remove later partition walls at the ground floor and replace windows with traditional unpainted oak casements. Repair front door, replace rear door. Remove black painted render to base and expose historic brick. Provide screening for new external boiler.
