Description

T1 Sycamore - remove to ground level as the tree is showing very low levels of vitality which has lead to dieback in the upper crown and large sections of deadwood. It is having a negative impact on the neighbouring Oak tree and exacerbating its biasT2 Oak - crown lift to 6m to alleviate the impact on the house, height reduction from 22m to 20.5m southern spread to be reduced from 11m to 9m, the tree has a significant southerly bias and is leaning over the house, parts of the lower crown are touching the house. This work will reduce the likelihood of branch failure and reduce the bias of the tree. The loss of the neighbouring Sycamore to the north will increase wind loading therefore the proposed reduction would reduce this increased loading
