Appeal against, on 9th July 2018 planning permission was granted by the Council under reference number 20160531 for the continued use of holiday caravan park including associated landscaping, internal roads, car parking, pathways, removal of disused show caravan base subject to conditions. One of those conditions, Condition 2, is that; i. Notwithstanding the identified plots that are to be occupied on a permanent basis the caravan plots hereby approved are to be occupied for holiday purposes only.ii. The caravans shall not be occupied as a person's sole or main place of residence.iii. The owners/operators shall maintain an up-to-date register of the names of all owners/occupiers of individual caravans and of their main home address confirmed by two proofs of residence and shall make this information available at all reasonable times to the local planning authority.The identified plots are those set out in Schedule 2 of the deed of planning obligation dated the 28th June 2018 made between the Council and HH Country Park Limited.
