Non material amendment to 20200202 (As amended by 2023/0885) - Alterations to the wording of condition 15 to better define the reserved matters approval requirements and the pre-commencement condition discharge requirements & to relate to the most up to date drainage strategy for the site. Alteration of Condition 27 to provide an updated phasing plan to introduce a sub-phase for relevant infrastructure required to serve the medical centre. Alteration to the description of development to provide some limited additional flexibility in the approved uses and to update in accordance with the most recent updates to relevant legislation.
