Description

Repairs to internal joinery (oak frame). Carry out roof repairs including replacing or reusing slates if fit for purpose; replacing lead work; replacing battens where necessary; installation of TLX Gold breathable insulation. Masonry repairs to parapet gables. Removal of existing modern chimney and its replacement with shaped bricked chimney. Installation of solar panels to ground floor extension roof. Removal of UPVC bathroom window and reinstatement of timber window to match existing. Installation of extractor fan to kitchen and bathroom. Removal of first floor toilet and reinstate wooden staircase allowing access to the second floor. Re-lathe and plaster inside attic room. Install underfloor heating to bathroom, kitchen, and conservatory.
