Description

To replace the existing timber hut 2.85 x 2.2 meters with a new timber hut 2.85 x 3.2 meters. To raise height of the supporting brick plinth by 30cm to raise it above the flood level. (The hut is between the river and the flood wall and is therefor currently vulnerable to occasional flooding in the winter months) - THIS APPLICATION WILL BE DETERMINED BY THE BROADS AUTHORITY - BA/2023/0032/FUL
