S211 Notification works to trees in the Conservation Area comprising of: (1) - Undertake 4-5-meter reduction in height of limb overhanging number 21 garden of CB1 (copper beech); (2) Riverside trees - Removal of a single yew tree, removal of a C1 (cypress), crown raise the first three lower branches over hanging the river Eden to U1 (sycamore) and U2 (hormbeam) which may increase the risk of the whole tree collapsing into the river in times of flood, removal of any other storm damaged and dangerous branches identified during the works to U1 and U2.
