Description

T1 - self seeded Sycamore - fell - replant with Mountain Ash in same place. T2 - self seeded Ash - fell - replant with Mountain Ash in same place. T4 - overgrown Laurel hedge - remove and replant with mixed native hedge along new field boundary fence. Replacement of the trees and hedge is requested to provide sufficient clearance to the new build property passed on site, provide access to replace the broken boundary fence and to supply and maintain a high quality landscaped site as required by planning permission conditions. T3 - self seeded Sycamore is just outside of the boundary fence in the field belonging to Abbot Hall. In principle I wish to fell and replace with Mountain Ash within the plot boundary if agreed with the landowner.
