Description

Lawful Development Certificate for the continued use of land as a caravan site for the siting of static caravans without restriction on the layout of the caravans (other than by way of the requirements of the Site Licence), for up to the maximum number of 34 caravans, of which no more than one shall be used to provide warden/manager accommodation with the remainder to be occupied only for holiday purposes and not occupied as a persons sole or main place of residence.
