Variation of condition 2 (approved plans) and condition 4 attached to planning permission 2024/1797/FPA (Proposed detached rear garage). The existing tree is causing issues with cracking of road surface and several neighbours have asked for it to be removed. As the tree needs to be removed it makes sense to 'square off' the garage and not have a step in which was only there because of the tree.
