S211 Notification, works to trees in conservation area, comprising; All works to be carried out in accordance with BS3998 'Tree Work - Recommendations' for reason of sound arboricultural practice. Crown thinning is to be carried out to allow increased air flow through the tree crowns, thus reducing wind loading. No work shall be undertaken to trees T11-T19 without a full power shut down to overhead cables and, appropriate traffic management.
