South Lakeland DC TPO No 176 2002 T1 English yew Prune to undertake crown reduction not exceeding 3 metres. Part of which will be to remove the trespass and nuisance to neighbouring property. T2 English yew Side prune back to boundary to remove trespass and nuisance. T3 Common hawthorn Damage to base having previously been partially cut through. Deadwood in crown with specimen being in decline. Fell. T4, T5, T6, T7, T8, T10, T13, T18, T27, T28 and T29 Ash. Age Class young / semi mature. All infected with Ash dieback, various stages and therefore recommended for removal / felling. T9 Rowan Young Specimen to base of T8 with doubtful root plate. Specimen of poor shape and form with dead section of Ash secondary branch in upper crown. Fell. T11 Hazel Young Hazel coppice stool of poor shape and form having previously been subject to felling / pruning works. Basal decay and damage. Fell to create coppice. T14 Hazel Young Multi stemmed Hazel coppice stool. Fell / prune to coppice. T21 Sorbus Young Specimen with severe basal cavity and decay. Potential area of future failure. Structural integrity of stem compromised. Fell. T22 Sorbus Young Specimen of poor shape and form with basal damage evident. Long term structural integrity compromised. Fell. T23 Common hawthorn Young. Specimen of poor shape and form. Fell. Mitigation planting proposed to replace the trees felled. British native species recommended in keeping with the locality.
