Description

South Lakeland DC TPO No 264 2014 Proposal to cut back one off tree by 4m which is opposite Plot 91. This tree has branches which have grown so much they are now encroaching over the public footpath, and we have reason to believe that these are a health and safety risk Approved Works. Permission is granted to cut back one tree by 2 metres which is opposite Plot 91. The granted works will reduce the risk to site users. Reason: to reduce risk to site users whilst maintaining the trees natural shape.
