Lancashire CC TPO No 5 1958 5 - T1 beech - fell to ground level due to stability concerns. Client reports slight lifting of ground around tree since recent storm. Tree previously found to have a considerable stem lean towards adjacent A590, which is thought to have been resultant of past earthworks around base of tree. Tree considered to pose an unacceptable risk of harm to users of A590.
