Lancashire CC TPO No 1 1955 Mature beech tree - Remove Tree is approx 2.5m from building, is shading redesigned office space, one office has no natural light. Has caused damage to roof where branches have been touching. Failure of even a small limb will cause significant damage to building or equipment. Pathway and vehicle parking underneath canopy is slippery and requires daily clearing/treating. Replacement copper beech to be planted in woodland area away from buildings.
