Removal of expanding spray foam insulation on the inside of the roof, this will involve stripping the slate from the front and back of the property. Renewing all of the lead on the chimney stack, adding a lead capping to the coping stones on the front and back, removing the current chimney pots, adding a full lead DPM to the stack & re pointing and reflaunching where needed
