Description

Consultation on the intention to close a number of gaps on the A1 as a proactive safety measure. Our first phase of work is currently on the ground with 13 gaps being closed over the next few months. Following on from our first phase of work, subject to funding, we propose to close an additional gap (no 17) between the new Spitalgate junction and Little Ponton. The gap is located within the central reserve area that is situated between the two opposing directions of road.
