Description

The left boundary wall is to be crack stitch repaired and tied in to prevent any further leaning, and then to be repointed. The external hallway roof adjacent to the boundary will partially be removed and refitted on a like for like basis. The Stone mullions and cill of Flat 1A on the front elevation will be repaired where possible, or may require replacement with a matching stone piece. Minor internal replastering and repainting.
