This proposal is to renovate the existing sash windows and internal shutters so that they open and close properly and easily and, in the case of the shutters, fold back fully into their recesses.This application is also seeking retrospective Listed Building consent for internal changes made to the flat since 2018, including taking down some of the stud wall from 1988 to create an open plan kitchen and living area, relocating the bedroom into the space previously occupied by the kitchen and remodelling the bathroom. The ceiling has been edged with new cornice similar to that found in the ground floor flat and the living area finished with high quality wood effect flooring.
