Description

Remove upper elevation cladding to Units 2 to 4 facade and replace with horizontal cladding generally to match adjacent Unit 5. Glazed canopies to units 3 and 4 and a flat roof to the lobby of unit 2. Overlay facing brickwork at retail frontage level with profiled rendered finish. Relocate existing signage. Replace or redecorate frontage glazing and door frames. Make good paving locally to entrances.
