Proposed public footpath diversion of Public Footpaths no.2 and no.3 within the Elsea Park development, Bourne.Public Footpaths to be diverted-The whole width of part of Public Footpath 3 running from and unaffected part of Public Footpath 3 at OSGR TF 0877 1902 Point A in a generally east north easterly direction for approximately 23m to OSGR TF 0879 1902 Point B then continuing in a generally northerly direction for approximately 37m to OSGR TF 0879 1906 Point C then running in a generally east north easterly direction for approximately 354m to OSGR TF 0908 1926 Point D then continuing in a generally northerly direction for approximately 68m to OSGR TF 0908 1932 Point E then running in a generally east north easterly direction for approximately 294m to terminate at Public Footpath 2 at OSGR TF 0935 1945 Point F. The total length of footpath diverted is approximately 776m as shown between A-B-C-D-E-F on annexed Plan No. 2004 003 ElseaPark A3. The whole width of part of Public Footpath 2 running from an unaffected part of Public Footpath 2 at OSGR TF 0935 1945 Point G in a generally north north westerly direction for approximately 165m to terminate at an unaffected part of Public Footpath 2 at OSGR TF 0930 1961 Point H. The total length of footpath diverted is approximately 165m as shown between G-H on annexed Plan No. 2004 003 ElseaPark A3.The whole width of part of Public Footpath 4 running from an unaffected part of Public Footpath 4 at OSGR TF 0937 1947 Point I in a generally north easterly direction for approximately 67m to OSGR TF 0941 1935 Point J then continuing in a generally northerly direction for approximately 115m to terminate at an unaffected part of Public Footpath 4 at OSGR TF 0943 1964 Point K. The total length of footpath diverted is approximately 182m as shown between I-J-K on annexed Plan No. 2004 003 ElseaPark A3.
