Description

Non-material minor amendment to planning consent 2434/18/ARM for Plot 13 - Minor changes are proposed to the window and door sizes and their positioning on all four elevations. The single storey element on the NW elevation has also been reduced in depth. Plot 14 - Minor changes are proposed to the window and door sizes and their positioning on the front elevation (SW), rear elevation (NE), and side elevation (NE). The two storey 'wing' has been reduced in length but marginally increased in width. A small raised deck has also been added to the NW elevation which serves the lounge.
