T1: Birch - Fell tree as there is a risk that the Birch die back will continue to get worse & concern it may fall during bad weather Since last tree survey in 2022, there are many more dead branches across the tree. There is clear evidence of Birch die back across the tree, which includes: bare branches in crown of tree, dead leaves on tree & many brown spots across leaves that have grown, much reduced leaf coverage across tree & 3 holes in main trunk of tree, indicating intrusive rotting. Further to Birch die back, there are concerns that tree is now too close to property, as the recommendation for a medium tree is 15-20 feet, & this tree is measured at 12 feet away from property
