T1: Common Holly Tree- Currently 8m high and covering the neighbouring property ground and first floor windows. Reduce the crown height by 6m and cut lower rear Easterly branches back from wall by 600mm to allow for essential property maintenance to Doble Jewellers and allow light in windows. T2: Common Box bush- Currently 3M high and covering neighbouring property ground floor window. Reduce the crown height down to 1.5M and cut back rear easterly branches by 600mm to allow for essential maintenance and allow light into windows. T4: Medlar Tree- Requires light pruning of the crown new growth to keep height manageable, Reduce a maximum of 300mm T5: Medlar Tree- Requires light pruning of the crown new growth to keep height manageable. Reduce a maximum of 300mm. Low north facing branch over path needs removal to allow a 1.8 m clearance to prevent head injury. T6: Medlar Tree- Requires light pruning of the crown new growth to keep height manageable. Reduce a maximum of 300mm. Low south facing branch over path needs trimming to allow a 1.8 m clearance to prevent head injury. T7: Medlar Tree- Requires light pruning of the crown new growth to keep height manageable. Reduce a maximum of 300mm. Tidy crown once Cherry tree branch is trimmed back. T8: Medlar Tree- Requires light pruning of the crown new growth to keep height manageable. Reduce a maximum of 300mm T9: Medlar Tree- Requires light pruning of the crown new growth to keep height manageable. Reduce a maximum of 300mm. Tidy crown once Cherry tree branch is trimmed back. T10: Medlar Tree- Requires light pruning of the crown new growth to keep height manageable. Reduce a maximum of 300mm. Tidy crown once Hawthorn is trimmed back. Low south facing branch over path needs removal to allow a 1.8 m clearance to prevent head injury. T11: Hawthorn Tree- Cut back branches immediately opposite T10 so that the heavier foliage doesn't damage T10. Currently the Hawthorn is entwined in the Medlar Tree causing possible damage in high winds. The Hawthorn will require at least 1.0M to be cut back on the North side from the Medlar tree to give adequate clearance. T12: Senior Cherry Tree - requires a substantial limb of approximately 100mm diameter to be cut back from Medlar Trees T7 and T9. The Cherry branch situated on the north side will need cutting back approximately 2m to eliminate damage to the Medlar trees in high winds. Cutting back 2M will also eliminate the small Cherry whips off the branch entwining into the Medlar trees crown. T13: Birch Tree - Trim back the lighter branches (up to 35mm diameter) facing easterly and northerly adjacent properties of Church Close and Guildhall Cottage. Light pruning of approximately 2m back from the properties where the branches are currently touching windows and overhanging roofs of two floor flats.
