Description

Application for consent under Section 37 of the Electricity Act 1989 to install new steel pole in footway outside 10 Highfield Avenue within existing overhead line to provide support and raise height of conductors over the highway. The installation of the new pole in its proposed location will deviate the existing overhead line slightly, although significantly less than the prescribed 60m permissible under the relevant exemption regulations.
