Non material amendment to permission P22/00243/F to amend the wording of condition 8 to 'Prior to the commencement of above ground works (excluding demolition works) full details for a unique site specific integrated public art scheme including but not limited to detailed designs, timescales and triggers shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. For the avoidance of doubt the submission shall be prepared in line with recommendations in the Council's Art and Design in the Public Realm - Planning Advice Note. The development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.'
